Lifetime steel frame warranty

MAXX SPAS ARIZONA - warrants your Galvalume Steel Structural Support System against rusting, corrosion, splitting and collapse for the life of your spa under "normal use" guidelines. This warranty expressly excludes damage that may occur in the handling, delivery and /or transportation of your spa, or other acts of man or nature, or other acts beyond the control of MAAX Spas.

 10 YEAR LIMITED STRUCTURE WARRANTY

MAXX SPAS ARIZONA - warrants the spa fiberglass shell structure against water loss due to defects in materials and workmanship and the ABS pan to be free from defects in workmanship for ten years from the date of purchase. Reasonable travel charges may be assessed by MAXX SPAS ARIZONA or its authorized service representative in situations where the spa is located outside the nearest service representatives service area.

7 YEAR LIMITED SURFACE WARRANTY
MAXX SPAS ARIZONA - warrants the interior surface of the spa shell against blisters, cracks, or delaminations due to defects in material and workmanship for a period of seven years from the date of purchase.

5 YEAR LIMITED equipment, labor & plumbing WARRANTY
MAXX SPAS ARIZONA - warrants the equipment (including pumps, blower, heater and the Powerworks® Control System) and the plumbing components (including jets, air injectors, air controls, and glued fittings) to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of five years from the date of purchase.

MAXX SPAS ARIZONA - warrants the Fiber Optic systems (including illuminator and fiber bundle, but not the light bulb), factory installed ozone generators (including generator, transformer, and injector), and synthetic corner pieces (excluding fading/discoloration) for a period of three years from the date of purchase.

Colored spa light lenses, light bulbs, and filter cartridges are not included in the above warranty, but are warrantied to be free from defects in material and workmanship at the time of delivery to the original purchaser.
